A medley of Christmas

This was one of the first flapjacks we created 15 years ago including all the dried fruit and spices of a fine Christmas cake. It’s very popular!

We only use certified Gluten Free Oats and biscuits.

Ingredients & Allergens

Butter (milk), sugar, inverted sugar syrup, gluten free oats, cherries (glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator (citric acid), preservatives (potassium sorbate, sulphur dioxide, colour (Erythrosine), citrus peels, preservative (sulphur dioxide), dried raisins, preservative (sulphur dioxide), glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulators (citric acid, potassium sorbate); Mixed spice (Mixed Spice (cinnamon, ground coriander, allspice, clove, ginger, nutmeg) (may have been produced in a factory that handles mustard);
