We took the flavours of the traditional famous and delicious Bakewell Tart made in Bakewell, Derbyshire consisting of raspberry jam and frangipane to create our version of a Bakewell flapjack which we top with a drizzle of white chocolate, flaked almonds, and freeze-dried raspberry powder.
We only use certified Gluten Free Oats and biscuits.
Butter (milk), sugar, inverted sugar syrup, gluten free oats; raspberry jam (sugar, raspberries, acidity regulator (citric acid, sodium citrate es), gelling agent (pectin), flavourings (almond oil), nuts, flaked almonds (may have been produced in a factory that handles other nuts). White chocolate (whole milk powder), cocoa butter, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavourings, raspberry powder.
