Plain and simple, just butter, sugar, golden syrup and oats.
We had a little boy approach one of our market stalls with his mum. He thought flapjacks were called FLAP because his name was Jack. His mum used to say “Would you like a flap-Jack?” Sweet, just like ours!”.
We only use certified Gluten Free Oats and biscuits.
