A customer asked us to combine a rocky road together in a flapjack. Never one to back down from a challenge, we have done this, so you get the best of all these. We have a baked plain butter flapjack, topped with a rocky road . It’s big and delicious.
We only use certified Gluten Free Oats and biscuits.
Butter (milk), sugar, inverted sugar syrup, gluten free oats; Rocky Road: (dark chocolate 54% cacao mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soya lecithins), natural vanilla flavouring), golden syrup, butter (milk); Gluten free biscuit crumb (gluten free flour blend (brown rice, potato, maize), sugar, palm oil, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate). Marshmallows: glucose syrup, sugar (dextrose, water, humectant, sorbitol syrup, gelatine, fruit and plant concentrates: (beetroot, safflower, flavouring)
