This flapjack contains rum soaked raisins and takes on the texture of a cake when it is allowed to mature. We then give it a generous drizzle of milk chocolate.
We only use certified Gluten Free Oats and biscuits.
Butter (milk), sugar, inverted sugar syrup, gluten free oats; Dark Rum (alcohol), dried raisins (preservative: sulphur dioxide), milk chocolate 33% cacao (sugar, cocoa butter, (whole milk powder), cocoa mass, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring.
